Treat your palate to indescribable tastes and flavors from A & J Bakery, a new family-owned-and-operated Nut and Gluten Free bakery with more than 30 years of combined experience. From biscotti to a myriad of cookie trays and custom birthday cakes, our goods are both affordable and creative—there’s nothing in our selection that will displease your taste buds! Both of our owners learned the trade in vocational school, and then went on to attend Johnson & Wales University and had job experiences in Providence, RI and Nashville, TN. From these experiences they invented a new recipe for biscotti incorporating a number of different recipes you won’t find in any other bakery. Just so you know, WE  ARE  A  DEDICATED  NUT & GLUTEN  FREE  FACILITY!!

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, our products are made to order, so please allow us 3-5 days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping. Our products are created and shipped with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're unhappy with something you received, please contact us so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction. **Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on our site. Orders are shipped as soon as we can. Due to UPS regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Since our products are perishable, all food sales are final, per the Board of Health.
To make sure you are satisfied with the product(s) you receive, please inspect your package as soon as your order arrives.
A&J Bakery is not responsible for damage or loss as the result of shipments being returned or deemed undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply upon order, or for inability of the recipient to receive the package on the day you specify delivery.
We are unable to guarantee proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they are delivered to the correct mailing addresses by third party carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), which is, unfortunately, out of our control. We are also unable to control extreme weather conditions that may delay packages already in transit. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make arrangements for timely receipt of packages prior to ordering. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, due to perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the gift and you will not be refunded. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card. For a full refund on your product, the product must be returned in a timely manner and in original packaging.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. If your Gingerbread House is broken, please call and explain you will be returning the house (and packaging) and you would like a replacement house sent out. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the claim once received. We do not pay for return shipments. We can ship orders to Canada, but Canadian customers must call our retail store at 401-228-8696 to place their orders.
